Shipping
Cards, stickers, apparel, and originals are packed by hand in our Woodstock studio — usually within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email.
Prints ship directly from our fine art printer, so they arrive fresh from the press — carefully packed and on their own tracking number.
Cards & stickers travel in rigid mailers. Apparel travels in protective bags. Everything leaving here is leaving an artist's studio, and we pack it that way.
We currently ship within the US. If you're somewhere else and something here is calling to you, write us at Hello@PureHartStudio.com — we'll see what we can do.
Pre-sale and preorder items ship on the timeline noted on their product page — we'll keep you posted along the way.
Returns
We want the art that lives with you to feel right. If something arrives and it isn't — you have 30 days to return it in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Just email Hello@PureHartStudio.com with your order number and we'll take care of you.
A few honest exceptions: original paintings are final sale — each one is one of a kind. Built card sets can be returned as a whole set, not as individual cards. And if something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it, full stop — no need to mail anything back.
We ask that you cover return shipping, unless the mistake was ours.

If you're near Woodstock, you can skip the mail entirely — visit us at 128 Tinker Street and take it home the same day.
